When a company grows from about 30 to 80 people in no time, it needs to make sure that success gets anchored. And that requires a strategic sales process as well as a methodology and processes on all levels to increase cross departmental communication and collaboration.

Working with marbl, then called ADDaBOX,  allowed us to come up with and roll out both a task force process to increase cross departmental communication and collaboration,  as well as a sales approach tailored to our real needs. The approach put into place was piloted in different areas and proved to be successful. Our sales teams are armed with tools, visuals, a flow, pitches, …., in short, everything they need to bring added value to our customers throughout their sales calls.
