When we first met ADDaBOX (now marbl), our need was well defined as to what kind of support we needed to evolve from a product-driven approach towards a more customer-centric approach. ADDaBOX came with a detailed process description and implementation plan, taking into account all the key elements to ensure success.
A well thought preparation, with buy-in from all stakeholders such as our local bank agents, middle management and HQ global departments, gave us power and belief that we could move to a customer-centric approach.
The motivation and engagement of all participants during sales training, coach the coach, coaching sessions, and debriefing moments was tremendous.
The objectives defined at the start were realised.
