We are currently in a rapidly changing retail market. That is why it is all the more important as a brand to build and maintain a good relationship with the customer. Giving customers the desire to come to your offline store is a challenge that JBC, together with an enthusiastic marbl team, has gladly accepted.
marbl took the entire JBC team – from shop managers, shop employees to employees at the head office – through a perfectly defined route, spiced with variation, humor and personal guidance (both in class and on the floor). The project was much appreciated and gave a new boost in the shops.
