The L&D Manager of BDO talks about “the strength of a friendly ear”

From the first contact with marbl we experienced the strength of a friendly ear, and that was exactly what we wanted to convey to our BDO employees.

marbl translated this into two workshops for junior employees.

Here are some impressions of the participants :

  • The ‘from credible to incredible’ workshop made me realize that in a customer relationship, your attitude is the most important thing. I will certainly pay attention to this.
  • Together with the trainer, we made a concrete ‘to do’ list. I will ensure that all these points of attention will be applied during my work in the coming weeks.
