How do we migrate an organisation from a command and control leadership style to a leadership approach based on empowerment and trust? That is what we translated into a leadership program at Vandemoortele.

Vandemoortele is going through a change process, moving from “Command & Control to Trust & Ownership”. To help our leaders in embracing this change, we were looking for a partner who could develop a program to empower them, and give them ‘handles’ to be used in their day-to-day environment.
A creative framework of competencies to be developed was designed: knowledge sharing, mapping motivators, authentic feedback, connected communication, coaching, Insights in leadership, etc.
Based on that a four-day training program was developed for Vandemoortele’s international leadership team. The results are very satisfying. The workshops are very fresh, creative and interactive. Experienced trainers facilitate the groups’ interactions to increase personal reflection and insights.
The leadership team, at every occasion, leaves the room with a lot of fresh energy, ready to turn actions into reality with their respective teams, using the  different hands on tools designed for Vandemoortele.
