Throughout his career Roland managed large(r) teams as a Marketing & Sales Director in different organisations and in multi-country operations. He specialised in business transformation and development, development of new business models, tactical & strategic transformation processes, start-ups, scale ups and solution selling. He loves transferring skills and knowledge which are supported by a solid training & coaching background.
To keep connected with the managers of tomorrow he is also active as a lecturer in B2B strategy at several universities and MBA programs. His motto is “Work hard, play hard, but above all make sure you’re passionate about what you do … your enthusiasm will not get unnoticed”.
